Hello, my name is Tomasz Kruk.

I am a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in implementing integrity programs, leading investigations, delivering training, and managing risk across multiple countries in Europe, the US, LATAM, APAC, and MEA.

My specialty? I collect the dots—hidden yet existing elements—and connect them into a structured compliance system that was there all along.

When I’m not working, I build small chatbots (check out my TECHLAB site) and write articles about compliance issues, leveraging my experience (see my BLOG site).

I enjoy exploring the Alps with my family and friends as a member of the Swiss Alpine Club (SAC).

I can’t hide my excitement, and a bit of pride, in being able to experiment with chatbots. Whenever I have some extra time, I enjoy calibrating and recalibrating instructions, prompts, and knowledge databases—it's a fun and engaging process.
