Implementing global healthcare compliance (HCC) and anti-bribery anti-corruption (ABAC) programs covering e.g. code of conduct, anti-fraud, conflict of interest, third party due diligence, investigations, whistleblowing, non-retaliation, data protection
Developing, harmonizing and/or simplifying healthcare compliance procedures in more than 50 countries (with the particular focus on Europe) - in line with FCPA Resource Guide, UK Bribery Act 2010 – Guidance and other national anti-corruption laws  as well as the OIG General Compliance Program Guidance, and industry rules of EFPIA, IFPMA, EUCOMED.
Mapping, ranking complex areas and market requirements, establishing and executing roadmaps for simplification solutions, while consistently interacting with country and regional commercial organizations to assess the effectiveness of new solutions.
Developing various training plans / matrix as well as innovative training materials (including interactions with key industry stakeholders e.g. patients, HCPs, GOs, Partners) enhancing compliance knowledge of the entire organisation
